Guest how-to

Scan a QR with your phone camera, or open the link under it. Print makes two identical copies on one landscape page — cut down the middle.

Print: Landscape, A4, scale 100%, margins None, headers/footers off. Cut along the dashed line for two handouts.

QR: Create or top up wallet Load Wallet

1 Create wallet or top up

  1. Scan QR → Harvest → Load Wallet.
  2. New: name + email, amount, Pay online.
  3. Top up: paste voucher code / scan QR, amount, pay.
  4. Save the QR; also check your Stripe email.

Cash/transfer at the desk: ask staff to WhatsApp or show your QR.

2 Check your balance

  1. Open the voucher page (scan or tap link).
  2. Paste your voucher code and check.
  3. See remaining balance and recent activity.

Email link with ?token=… opens balance + QR automatically.

3 Shop & checkout

  1. Pick Thanksgiving, Food, Drinks, or Photography.
  2. Add to cart, then open your cart.
  3. Pay online or with your QR wallet.
  4. Show your QR at the stall for collection.

Online pay adds credit. Wallet pay deducts your balance.

4 Retrieve your QR

  1. Best: open the link in your Stripe email / desk WhatsApp.
  2. Or: voucher page → paste code → QR appears.
  3. Screenshot it before you go to the stalls.
  4. Lost it? Admin desk can look up by name/email.

5 Make a donation

  1. Scan QR → open the Donate page.
  2. Choose an amount (or enter your own).
  3. Enter your name and email; add Gift Aid if eligible.
  4. Pay securely online — thank you for supporting NCCGE.

Donations support the community. Separate from your bazaar QR wallet.
